Diego Torres (b. in Havana, Cuba in 1970) He graduated from the Academy of Fine Art San Alejandro in 1996. His landscapes have serious depth and a propensity to have underlying messages that go far beyond the surface level. His paintings are often mistaken for photographs, and his attention to detail is truly second to none. His brushstrokes reflect talent far beyond his years, and his creativity leaves much to talk about. His work is influenced by American pop and photorealism.
