Carlos César Roman is a Cuban painter and illustrator who’s influences include Pedro Pablo Oliva, Nelson Dominguez and others of the Artistas de la Plastica Cubanas. Born in 1972 in Remedios, Villa Clara Province, he currently lives in Trinidad de Cuba.
