José Milagros Perdomo was born in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba in 1961. He was the top graduate of the 1989 class of the Instituto Superior de Arte de La Habana, ISA. He is an adjunct professor at the Silverio Blanco Pedagogical Institute. He has been awarded in two Salons of the Museum of Fine Arts. He has accumulated multiple personal and collective exhibitions in Cuba and abroad.
