Luis Molina (b. Cuba) Molina takes you to the magical world of Afro Cuban folklore and shows you the serene and proud beauty of the Cuban country people. Every time we look at one of his paintings we are filled with immense joy and optimism. It comes through the effective brushstrokes, bright colors, and the riveting beauty of his subjects. He graduated from the National School of Art San Alejandro and the National School of Design in Havana, Cuba and he has participated in numerous exhibits in USA, Panama and Spain. His paintings have been featured in the book “The Best of Oil Paintings”, Rockport Publishers, 1996.
